Exchanges & Returns

Items purchased on presentgems.com may be returned to Present Gems for refund or exchange within 7 days from the date you receive your order. Returns and exchanges are only accepted on unaltered items returned in original packaging.

Please email hello@presentgems.com for return requests and instructions. Provide your Name, Address, Order Number and Reason for Return, and we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Returns will only be accepted with a Return Authorization Number clearly labeled on the package. Approved returns will be credited for the purchase price of your item upon receipt of the returned item. We regret that shipping charges are not refundable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
