Orders

Order Processing

Orders of in-stock items will be processed and shipped within 2 business days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Present Gems does not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or on observed holidays. 

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed it may be cancelled at any time before your item has shipped. Please email hello@presentgems.com with your order number in the subject line and your request for order cancellation. Should your order ship before we receive your request, the order can no longer be cancelled. We regret that we are unable to refund shipping charges for cancelled orders once they have been shipped.

Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately (hello@presentgems.com) if the item is defective or damaged, so we can evaluate and rectify any issue that may have arisen during shipment.

Credit Card Payments

Your billing address at presentgems.com must be an exact match with the address on file at your credit card company. The processing of your order may be delayed or denied if these addresses are different.
