Shipping

Orders are processed pending credit card verification. Present Gems will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order.

Orders placed Monday - Thursday will be processed and shipped within 2 business days. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be shipped by close of business the following Tuesday.

Present Gems does not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or observed holidays. 

To check the status of your order please email hello@presentgems.com and include your order number and we'll get back to you with a status update within 24 hours, Monday - Friday.
