Free shipping on orders of $100+ via USPS. For order less that $100, USPS First Class, Priority and Ground shipping rates will be calculated and presented at check out.
Orders are processed pending credit card verification. Present Gems will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order.
FOR ITEMS IN CURRENT INVENTORY: Orders placed Monday - Thursday will be processed and shipped within 3 business days. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be shipped by close of business the following Tuesday.
FOR CUSTOM-MADE ITEMS: Please allow 5-7 business days for product assembly, processing, and shipping.
Present Gems does not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or observed holidays.
