When will my order be processed and shipped?

All orders are processed after credit card verification. If there are any issues, we’ll reach out via email before shipping your order. Processing times are as follows:

In-stock items: Orders are processed and mailed within 3 business day

Custom-made items: Please allow 5–7 business days for creation, processing, and mailing.

Each order is thoughtfully prepared and shipped with care—thank you for your patience as we create and deliver something meaningful.

Do you process or ship orders on weekends or holidays?

No—orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday only, excluding weekends and observed U.S. holidays.

How is shipping calculated?

How long does shipping take after my order is sent?

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Items purchased on presentgems.com may be returned for a refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unaltered
  • Returned in their original packaging

Each piece is created and handled with care. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it right.

How do I start a return or exchange?

To initiate a return or exchange, please email hello@presentgems.com with the following:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Shipping address
  • Reason for return

We’ll provide you with a Return Authorization Number along with next steps.

Do I need a Return Authorization Number?

Yes—returns are only accepted with a Return Authorization Number clearly labeled on the package.

This helps ensure your return is processed smoothly and efficiently.

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?

Yes—eligible items can be exchanged within the same 7-day return window.

Simply follow the return request process, and we’ll guide you through your exchange options.

Are shipping costs refundable?

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and approved, you will be refunded the purchase price of the item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, please email hello@presentgems.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll review your request and work quickly to resolve the issue.

What if I received the wrong item?

If you received an incorrect item, please contact us at hello@presentgems.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Be sure to include your order number and a photo of what you received so we can make it right as quickly as possible.

Will I be charged for return shipping on damaged or incorrect items?

No—if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will provide you a pre-paid return mailing label.
